PRICING

Remodels / New Construction / Specifications of Finishes Only / Consultation

Flat Fee - Per project, total job, or by room. We determine flat fee by square feet or by scope of job (some clients prefer this method as it isn't open-ended on design time).

Hourly - charge hourly fee for meetings, and design/drafting time, or consultation. Hours are billed weekly.

* Contracts are set up with project parameters with a proposed retainer to start the job.

FURNISHINGS

For furnishing a complete new home, you can budget approximately 25% of the total home purchase, which will include furniture/space plans and all design services and research related to furnishings. Meetings are additional.

Because we have established accounts directly with manufacturers, we offer our clients very competitive, discounted pricing lower than designers buying through San Francisco showrooms. We get the same manufacturer discounts as many of the showrooms.

Note: All furnishing purchased outside contract will be billed design time.
